Web site design addressed the key requirement: it allowed me to be certain I was ordering the correct hanger - the consequences of fitting one which looked 'about right', but which did not fit the specification - don't bear thinking about, seeing that all my riding is done 'solo'. Delivery was quick, even though Royal Mail was used. Packaging was practical and adequate. Price was the most competitive among the trust-worthy alternatives - I'm just shocked at prices in the industry in general though, based on my professional knowledge of manufacturing costs, especially in China. Overall I would use them again - indeed, given the state of UK roads, that will probably be quite soon!
