We currently offer the following postage options:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – estimate to deliver in 1 working day after dispatch.
(Please note this is not guaranteed within 24 hours! We do not have the ability to do guaranteed delivery at present. Due to Royal Mail’s poor service on Tracked 48 items, we only offer Tracked 24 at the moment.)
All items are dispatched same working day with a 12pm cut off time. If you order after this time, it will be in the post the following (working) day.
In the unlikely event of you needing to return the item, please contact us within 30 days first by email, and we’ll let you know what to do. Full product refunds are provided if the item is unused and returned in its original condition, and we refund shipping as well if the mistake is ours.
