We currently offer the following postage options:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (estimate to deliver in 1 working day after dispatch, if it is not delivered 8 working days after dispatch please ask us for a refund)
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimate to deliver 2 – 3 working days after dispatch, if it is not delivered 9 working days after dispatched please ask us for a refund)
(Whilst the bulk of our items are delivered the next working day, please note we do not have the ability to offer guaranteed delivery at present. We regret to say that if need a hanger the next day, please use a different service. )
All items are dispatched same working day with a 12pm cut off time. If you order after this time, it will be in the post the following (working) day.
In the unlikely event of you needing to return the item, please contact us within 30 days first by email, and we’ll let you know what to do. Full product refunds are provided if the item is unused and returned in its original condition, and we refund shipping as well if the mistake is ours.
