I snapped my mech and bent the hanger during a CX race on Sunday.
I ordered the hanger just after the 2pm cut-off on Monday and it arrived promptly on Wednesday morning.
The mech is a perfect replacement for the one I bent.
I wouldn't hesitate to use FixMyMechHanger again and have already recommended them to another CX racer in my league.

the correct hanger of the bike ... easy to locate on their web site .. price is good... delivery very fast. The bike is now running 100% with the Shimano Di2.
Great easy, cheap fast
Not impressed. When the hanger finally arrived it did not fit, and not by a small margin. This is the part number that my manual says my bike takes, but it's a poor replacement. I emailed and was simply told to return for a full refund (no apology for the inconvenience or explanation why it was such a poor replacement). I then had to order an OEM Scott one from elsewhere and that one is a perfect fit, but it meant my bike was out of action for much longer than necessary.
Apologies for the mistake. When we received the returned item, we could see that the drive side part was completely incorrect, and will be returned to the manufacturer. We've checked all our stock is now correct. Customer received a full refund including the return postage.
